The International Organization for Crime Prevention and Rehabilitation is a registered NGO founded in 2025, headquartered in Battaramulla, Sri Lanka — working locally, regionally and internationally.
Crime fractures families, drains communities and traps individuals in cycles that are hard to escape. IOCPR was founded on a simple conviction: that prevention, rehabilitation and opportunity do more to build safe societies than punishment alone.
We work with marginalized communities, support victims, and help reformed individuals reintegrate into society — building collaborative networks that connect governments, NGOs and citizens around a shared goal.
To prevent crime and rehabilitate offenders through education, advocacy and collaboration — restoring dignity to individuals and safety to communities.
A world without crime, where every person — including those who have erred — has the opportunity to reform, contribute and live with dignity.
Reduce crime through awareness and education.
Rehabilitate offenders via education and vocational programmes.
Champion human rights and social justice.
Foster partnerships between governments, NGOs and communities.
We see the person, never only the past. Everyone deserves respect and a path forward.
We advocate for fair treatment, human rights and access to legal protection for all.
Lasting change is local. We build with communities, not for them.
Our programmes are grounded in research and measured by real outcomes.
We lead with empathy for victims, offenders and the families caught between.
We are transparent and accountable to the people and partners we serve.
Whether you give, volunteer or partner with us, you help build a safer world.
